Pet policy: We welcome up to two pets per apartment home. The per pet weight limit is 75 pounds. Pet deposit is $250 (refundable) for the first pet and $150 (refundable) for the second pet.
Pet fee is $250 (non-refundable) for the first pet and $150 (non-refundable) for the second pet.
Pet rent is $15 per pet per month.
PooPrints DNA testing fee of $50 also required per pet dog.
Restricted Breeds: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Presa Canarios, Akita, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-Hybrid, or any mix thereof.
